Casey Goulart joined the UC Construction team after serving 13 years as director of purchasing with a successful regional homebuilder. His thorough understanding of construction technology, scopes of work, budgets, schedules and the bidding and contract process are an asset to the company as well as clients.

His passion for building is reinforced by his education and early experience as a licensed general contractor and field supervisor, the former of which he has maintained since 1992. In addition, Casey has a strong understanding of the various challenges involved in construction operations and unique insight into the corresponding solutions.

He has experience in large-scale HUD projects; commercial projects including high-rise, lowrise, new and renovations; and residential projects including production, remodels, custom and multifamily. As an employee and business owner, Casey has always consistently met or exceeded clients’ expectations and will continue to meet their needs on budget and on time.
